All within a 'living laboratory' of groundbreaking, research-driven clinical solutions that integrate mind, body and spirit in the defeat of illness and disease **The role you’ll contribute:** The Respiratory Therapy Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading Respiratory Care staff and daily operations to support the mission and goals of AdventHealth. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and re-evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of an assigned group of patients. Adheres to and ensures staff adherence to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Assures efficient use of labor by reviewing scheduling and staffing needs. · Acts as a liaison between staff and department leadership and communicates important issues to department leadership on a timely basis. Maintains good working relationships with all customers.
