Job Requirements - C onfirms order delivery times. - Schedules manufacturing, develops weekly manufacturing programs and edits the corresponding manufacturing orders. - Monitors the execution of programs every day. - Notifies the sales department every day of any delays. - Establishes purchase requests relating to subcontracting and non-textile trading and orders relating to textile trading. - Ensures that stock levels defined by the Lorette Site Director are maintained. - Monitors and assesses capacity needs by communicating potential problems in a timely manner. - Informs each week of line loads. - Monitors and reports stock levels by product with safety stock levels. - Corrects stock movements with errors via the SAP COGI function for areas of responsibility, if necessary - Communicates order entries per day. - Daily planning of incoming customer orders that are not available from inventory. - Administrative monitoring of production - Management of raw materials procurement (MRP). - Definition of needs based on the production schedule. - Triggering of supplies from suppliers or the purchasing department. Daily control of actual stocks, comparison with theoretical stocks: Maintenance of minimum stock levels agreed when specified in SAP - Develop and exercise control of cycle counting stocks with manufacturing and warehouse teams. - Modification of delivery schedules based on production hazards encountered and/or changes in production schedule. - Daily monitoring of production - Verification - Checking the accuracy of the nomenclatures and their updates. 4) Production management - Triggering purchase requests in collaboration with the production manager (Purchase of pallets, packaging items, buckets, labels and raw materials to ensure that all materials are on site to meet the demand / production plan) 5) Respect the company's Health, Safety and Environment policy - Respect the legal, regulatory provisions and internal rules regarding HSE. - Mobilize and develop a risk prevention culture (active participation in HSE meetings, propose measures to be taken in the event of a deviation in behavior, etc.) 6) Respect the company's Quality policy - Ensure that the Quality objectives and indicators of the Logistics process are achieved - Respond to all deviations and propose measures to be taken (active participation in the various Quality meetings, participate in the implementation of preventive and corrective actions in collaboration with the Quality Manager, etc.) - Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures relating to planning and supply management. 7) Relations with the Global Demand Planning Manager - Discuss the main production plans and any blocking points before starting the production campaign, namely: - Production deadlines to be communicated - Ensure quality dialogue and communication - Work with the manufacturing and process engineering team to develop effective / generic and efficient schedules. 8) Logistics Backup Service The Planning Manager, once the training has been completed, may be in charge of replacing the Logistics Manager as part of the versatility of the service. These functions are not listed exhaustively. They are, by nature, of an evolving nature, due on the one hand to the company's adaptation requirements and its needs, on the other hand to the capacities and the deepening of skills.
