Trained in a general engineering school (knowledge of finance and mechanics), you have solid experience in a similar role, ideally in a mechanical production environment in the aeronautics sector. Howmet Fastening Systems is a world leader in the manufacture of aerospace and industrial fasteners for the assembly of aircraft, jet engines, heavy goods vehicles, wind turbines, solar panels, etc. 

The Us site (95) located 10 km from Cergy Pontoise, manufactures titanium rivets for the aeronautics sector.

Missions/Activities

Under the authority of the Plant Manager, The Product Manager and IMEX referent participates in defining industrial orientations and commercial policy before ensuring their deployment on the site and is responsible for Import/Export compliance.

Product Management:

Define the site's product strategy in consultation with Management (market segment approach: product/customer/market) Coordinate exchanges between the site, sales teams and customers in order to best meet their expectations. Deploy the site's commercial strategy by implementing an appropriate pricing and promotions policy  Meet the site's margin objectives Carry out technical and commercial monitoring of the competition. Manage order quotations. Evaluate prices, production and delivery times with logistics according to the type of orders (contracts, spots and fast shop). Participate in defining the annual commercial budget (order and margin level)  Participate in renewing contracts with customers. Coordinate the review of contracts with the various departments concerned.

IMEX:

Ensure that practices comply with regulations and carry out risk-cost analyses.  Train other departments on regulatory developments related to import/export. Keep informed of geopolitical contexts that may have an impact on activities.  Ensure relations with customers (legal department, import, export, trade logistics, etc.) to answer their questions and advise them. Be the main contact for the various regulatory authorities (internal or external).  Manage risks on a daily basis: to limit/eliminate them Transcribe regulatory data into applicable operational processes, taking into account constraints (internal-external).  Prepare related communications and then share them with the departments concerned. Ensure the drafting and compliance of internal documents and processes.
