**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Media Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that prioritize diverse audiences and inclusive storytelling across all platforms.
+ **Investment Optimization:** Support the allocation of media investments to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with GM's values of sustainability and social impact.
+ **Partnership Development:** Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse media organizations, suppliers, and community partners to amplify underrepresented voices.
+ **Market Analysis:** Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and address gaps in audience representation and engagement.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, communications, and corporate responsibility teams to seamlessly integrate media support.
+ **Compliance and Accountability:** Ensure all media practices meet ethical standards and align with GM’s commitment to integrity and transparency.

**Additional Job Description**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required, preferred in marketing, business or other related
+ 3+ years of experience in media strategy, investment, or a related field.
+ Proven track record of successful diverse media initiatives and ROI optimization.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
