Compensation: up to $18.00 per hour (DOE)


Job Summary: As a Restaurant Assistant Manager for one of our Burger King stores, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, upholding Burger King’s standards and culture across all areas. You will play a key role in ensuring each shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard.

What You’ll Do:


Oversee shift operations, manage team members, and ensure goals are met efficiently.Ensure operational excellence by guiding team members in performing tasks with increasing proficiency and efficiency.Create the daily setup sheet, define team member placement, and ensure all responsibilities are completed according to the positional checklists.Provide attentive and courteous customer service, maintaining a positive attitude with guests and employees.Ensure operational excellence in speed of service, food quality, and order accuracy.Complete all Manager-on-duty checklist responsibilities for opening and/or closing the store each day.Manage cash handling and ensure the accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly inventory as needed.Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety standards.Develop and execute plans to achieve sales performance and Brand targets.Perform all other duties as assigned.


What You’ll Need:


High school diploma or equivalent.Must be 18 years of age or older.Prior restaurant management experience required.Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.SERV Safe Food Safety and Level 2 Certification preferred, or ability to obtain it quickly.Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to be driven, result-oriented, and knowledgeable about restaurant operations.Physical demands: ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands; reaching overhead; pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.; tolerance to cold and hot temperatures.
