To qualify for this role a great candidate has:
Must be at least 21 years old
Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
Strong communication and training skills
Reliable transportation
Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Preferred
2 years of restaurant experience
Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
Knowledge of P&L, kitchen equipment, and inventory process
Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
Proven results in leading positive guests’ experiences
