The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Restaurant Cashiers to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. Providing excellent guest service is at the forefront of what we do. As a Restaurant Cashier, you will collaborate with team members to facilitate all transactions and keep track of orders.

Pay

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$15.00 - $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities Collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen team members to keep track of all orders, monetary situations, and charges, validating methods of payment, completing transactions, and providing accurate change, documentation and receipts, and dispense the accurate amount of if neededCount money in cash drawers at the beginning of shiftsScan items and ensure pricing is correct, resolving discrepancies and processing paymentsClean up checkout area and keep organized; keep receipt paper and other stationery stockedMaintain accurate tabs on restaurant tables’ orders using the venue’s primary point of sale systemQualifications Previous cash handling experienceExcellent guest service skillsBasic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bankNo high school diploma or GED requiredShift Details
