What will I be doing?
\n\n\nPlans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
\n\n\nImplements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
\n\n\nEnsures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
\n\n\nHelps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
\n\nImplements and creates new menus. \n\nInterviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
\n\n\n\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n \n\nThe Restaurant Chef works primarily days, however, due to the business demands, pm availability is required. The main goal for this person will be maintain and improve The Marketplace Cafe operation. \n\n\n5 or more years of Food and Beverage Experience\n3 or more years of supervisory experience\nNight and weekend availability as needed\nCareer focused individual\n\n
