**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
As a Restaurant District Manager, you will expand on your success as a restaurant manager to oversee an assigned district of 7-10 stores, supporting district operations, monitoring individual store performance, and people development.
District Operations
+ Continually developing Restaurant Store Managers and hourly employees within the assigned district
+ Ensuring compliance with established and new initiatives, policies, and procedures relating to operations, traffic, guest service, sales techniques, and more
+ Analyzing district sales performance and trends with a focus on continuous improvement
+ Partnering with the Retail District Manager to uphold overall company expectations of guest service, cleanliness, and policy
Monitoring Store Performance
+ Reviewing and analyzing your district’s Restaurant Manager performance.
+ Developing plans to improve overall store performance.
+ Monitors store sales and profit performance
+ Observing performance and adherence to operational processes and standards by visiting stores regularly
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
+ 10 years of successful restaurant management experience, or a combination of education and experience. 2 years of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
+ Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned district
+ Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
+ A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
+ Keen business acumen, including an understanding of profit, loss, restaurant growth and sales
