An employer is seeking a Restaurant Equipment Lab Technician for a contract role that sits in Plano, Texas. This technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, repairing and installing restaurant equipment that will be used in the field at the different locations. All of this equipment will be built in a Red Lab and management is looking for someone who is passionate about process optimization and can bring new ideas or strategies to the team. An ideal candidate will have experience working with different pieces of equipment found in restaurants and should be able to do any type of work on it required. It would also be beneficial if this individual was comfortable leading trainings on how to use certain pieces of equipment. There will be in country travel required for this position anywhere from 30-50%, or more if desired.
