Smart • Have at least five (5) years restaurant/retail and people management experience • Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based off P&Ls • Digitally driven with proficiency and interest using various tools and platforms • Possesses strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational and interpersonal communication skills • Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation Heart • Champions Taco Bell's culture and values • Drives Equity, Inclusion and Belonging behaviors • Ability to champion individual and team recognition efforts • Demonstrated leadership skills with success in People Development Courage • Ability to identify, recruit, and hire exceptional talent • Adaptable to and comfortable supporting change management • Proven experience training and developing both High and Under Performers • Ability to adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards The range for this role is $60,000-80,000. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your geographical location, state laws, experience, and other job-related factors.
