Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operationsDeliver superior guest service by responding to guest needs in a professional, efficient mannerOversee hiring to maintain appropriately staffed restaurantCreate weekly schedulesTrain and develop team in order to produce future all starsMonitor and assess staff performanceCoach and mentor staff on performance issuesPromote your brand in order to meet sales expectationsBe a good neighbor and form community partnershipsTrack and report inventoryMonitor financial resultsMaintain inventory levelsOther duties as assigned  Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDThree years of progressive responsibility in management/supervisionDirect experience with P & L including analyzing financial reports and dataStrong Customer Service backgroundAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and teamAbility to plan, prioritize, and make effective decisions quicklyAbility to remain calm and rational under pressure
