Position Overview

The BK Restaurant General Manager leads the way in delivering exceptional service to our guests and executing key initiatives to exceed all operational expectations and achieve brand metrics. They are responsible for providing guidance and leadership to their team in order to create a positive culture and maintain high morale.


The ideal candidate should have previous Restaurant General Manager experience running a high volume, drive-thru location. This person will manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant focusing on staffing, team member development, sales growth, cost management, guest experience, and ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.


Summary of Responsibilities

•          Responsible for managing and overseeing a profitable restaurant by driving sales and performance initiatives on guest satisfaction, people development, and excellent brand standards.

•          Trains, motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility and safe environment.

•          Using excellent communication and effective decision-making skills, professionally manages customer feedback by resolving and addressing our guests’ unique needs.

•          Leads the restaurant’s recruitment and selection process to build and maintain an effective restaurant team.

•          Creates and maintains a positive culture through coaching and feedback while effectively managing individual and team recognition programs.

•          Delegates shift assignments and creates schedules that adhere to proper staffing levels for expected sale volumes and labor controls.

•          Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness while ensuring the team works safely and follows all safety protocols, guidelines and procedures.


Required Qualifications and Skills

•          Must be at least 21 years of age

•          Minimum 2 years of QSR/Fast Casual restaurant management experience

•          Strong P&L knowledge

•          Exceptional customer and guest service principles

•          Available to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

•          Must have reliable transportation

•          Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
