Pay: $56k-$65k/yr with up to 25% Monthly Bonus Potential

Store Manager Duties:

Lead all Store Operations and report to District ManagerBuild made-to-order salads and other menu itemsEnsure store meets its objective- including development, quality, safety, speed, labor, and accuracy goalsProvide great guest experiences with both walk-up and drive-thru ordersWork in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-centered environmentCome to work with an energetic, ready-to-work attitude

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or olderAt least 2+ years of previous General Manager experience; drive-thru experience preferredFood Handlers Certification Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulationsStrong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentResults driven and team oriented
