Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Fernley, United States. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving financial success.

Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiencesOversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlAnalyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitabilityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanlinessDevelop and implement marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and salesManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costsHandle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve restaurant goalsImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresIdentify and develop talent within the organization through training and mentorship programs

QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, retail, or service industryProven track record of financial responsibility and P&L managementExcellent leadership and team-building skillsStrong customer service orientation with a focus on creating exceptional dining experiencesProficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systemsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environmentFood safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferredProficiency in financial analysis and budgetingStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume setting
