Restaurant General Manager Location: 602 E. Main Street, Benson, NC, 27504 Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: + Managing and leading a team of employees + Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service + Managing inventory and ordering supplies + Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales + Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations + Managing finances and creating budgets + Developing and implementing policies and procedures Requirements: + Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
