Job Description

Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Restaurant Graphics Specialist will ensure that proper processes, protocols, and brand philosophies are consistently adhered to. They result in timely and efficient research, build-out, submission, review of LCG decks and GL schematics in assuring schedules are adequately maintained and projects transition effectively into the production process. 

 

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

Maintains new restaurant openings (NRO) and remodels, project lists and schedules requiring LCG-GL deck initiation and build-outRequests LCG input forms, receive/review for completeness, coordinate submission of forms to vendorsSupports workload to ensure all location decks remain on scheduleAssists the Senior Specialist of Restaurant Graphics in the review of initial deck submission from vendorsReconciles any issues to assure NRO and remodel kits are fully completed for installationDemonstrates knowledge of interior décor materials and general understanding of printing substrates Continually improves deck forms receipt, concepting, and build-out processes Coordinates with vendors on tracking and confirming kit completion and timely shipment to installation locationsSupports all projects close-out requirements (final decks, approvals, photos, etc.) Supports in coordinating replacement component requests, as needed - due to damage, theft, etcSupports in coordinating replacement component requests due to damage, theft, etc. Keeps Manager of Restaurant Graphics apprised on a regular basis of overall workload, potential issues, etc.Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

1+ years of commercial interior décor development experienceIntermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Acrobat strongly preferredMicrosoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience with vendor and agency negotiations preferredExperience within the QSR industry (with franchise operations) highly desirableAble to travel to NRO, remodels and installations 10-25%Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, interior design or related disciplineAdditional Information
