RESPONSIBILITIES  Assist with work measurement studies, analyze throughout, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies  Assist with implementing operational processes for new systems, equipment, procedures  Communicate and collaborate with coworkers, management, franchisees, operators and others in a courteous and professional manner  QUALIFICATIONS  Required Minimum:  Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or other related programs of study)    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail  Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills  Creative problem-solving ability  Well-organized and a self-starter
