Key responsibilities

Effectively managing employees and team members Day to day operations of high volume restaurants Participate in training and development of all team members Objectively evaluate employee performance to determine coaching needsAssist with creating schedules within budget and time constraints Maintain employee files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality See that restaurant adheres to company policies at all times Other duties as assigned
