**_Restaurant Manager_**
As a Restaurant Manager, you are a key to our business. You will be responsible to Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan. Additional duties of a Restaurant Manager include; Motivating team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures, and maximize productivity and profitability, hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff. A qualified candidate must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. **Skills/Qualifications**
+ Fluent in English
+ Experience as a Dunkin Shift Leader or above for at least 6 months within the last 12 months
+ Basic computer skills
+ Cash and Time Management
+ Organization skills
+ High School diploma or equivalent, preferred

17. Control product wastage and increase store profitability

19. Finding and hiring crew to meet restaurant staffing needs
20. Making and posting weekly schedule for the crew
21. Training and coaching all Crew and Shift Leaders at all time
22. Product ordering / Inventory
23. Ordering donuts daily
24. Counting inventory and ordering products each week
