As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overall operations. From local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’. You’ll also help your Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.

Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you are key to our business. You will be responsible to Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan. Additional duties of a Restaurant Manager include; Motivating team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures, and maximize productivity and profitability, hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff. A Restaurant Manager is required to have 3-5 years experience in food & beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment. A qualified candidate must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. WINNIN’

You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
