We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hourly Restaurant Manager to join our team for a new restaurant opening in Southaven, United States. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of launching a new location and shaping its success from the ground up.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanlinessLead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environmentImplement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with local regulationsManage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitabilityCreate staff schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure appropriate staffing levelsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyAssist in recruiting, training, and developing new team membersMonitor and analyze sales data, making strategic decisions to improve performanceCollaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives and promotional activitiesEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standardsQualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experienceProven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service skills with a focus on creating exceptional dining experiencesProficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management softwareExcellent financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and cost controlDemonstrated ability to manage inventory and optimize supply chain processesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredCurrent Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe) or ability to obtain within 30 days of employmentKnowledge of local food service regulations and health codesExperience in opening new restaurant locations is highly desirableFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAdditional Information
