Job Description:

Note to Applicant: This position is within our café area, which includes our pizza station, sub shop, and other culinary operations. 

As a Manager in Training at Wegmans, you will gain hands-on experience with products, interact with customers, and supervise team members to enhance your leadership skills within our stores. This structured training program will teach you our company values, our business measures and standards, and our overall operation with the aim of leading your own department.

What Will I Do?

Acquire the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to effectively manage store operationsComplete all of the assigned modules of the program, including attending applicable seminarsMeet regularly with your appointed trainer to monitor progress; seek feedback and set professional development goalsWork hands-on in the department(s) to gain insight into our products and servicesDevelop leadership, teamwork, merchandising, sales, and profit management skills

Required Qualifications:

1 or more years of supervisory experience
