The future for Raising Cane’s is growth focused and we’re on the path to being one of the top 10 restaurant companies in the United States. **Your Role at Raising Cane’s:** The Restaurant Performance Standards Assessor (RPS) is responsible for performing comprehensive on-site evaluations to help the restaurants maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, customer experience and brand protection. The RPS Assessor is also responsible for effective and professional communication of all aspects of the evaluations to multiple groups across the organization. The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers.
