Job DescriptionThe Restaurant Performance Standards (RPS) Manager is responsible for managing the activities of their RPS Team (assessment completion and accuracy, business expenses, schedule planning and adherence) while training and developing the team on various rollouts, assessment methodology and general professional development. The RPS Manager is responsible for serving and supporting all RPS and organizational evolution and development.
The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.
Manages the daily activities of their RPS team through team meetings, bi-weekly one-on-ones, and routine auditsConsults with multi-unit leaders on RPS assessment scoring and methodologyValidates alignment of RPS methodology and scoring through routine calibrations done through camera observations and traveling to their market to spend time with their RPS TeamSupports company-driven projects directly and through their RPS teamLeads and supports continued RPS program optimization directly and through RPS TeamMaintains food safety certifications and current food safety standardsConducts excellent RPS assessments while effectively coaching restaurant and area leadershipExemplifies the brand standards while leading their RPS team and restaurant leadershipQualifications2+ years within the RPS Assessor role while exceeding expectations; or at least 5 years of multi-unit management of fast food or casual dining restaurantsExpert knowledge of all operations and Restaurant Support Office (RSO) department standardsAble to present to large audiences of restaurant leaders and RSO leadershipIn-depth understanding of principles and methods for training and teachingDetail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyMicrosoft Mastery: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAble to travel up to 50% of the timeCollege degree preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
