Job Description

The purpose of the Reservationist is to assist the Food and Beverage Department with making outlet reservations as requested by guests.

Responsibilities Return all guest inquiries in a timely mannerBook large parties responsibly in order maintain levels of service in the outletHandle guest issues concerning reservationsConfirm large party reservations 24 hours in advance of the reservationAny other duties assigned by the F&B office Qualifications High school diplomia or equivalentPrevious experience with reservation software is required. Must have excellent customer service skills.Must be organized and able to multi-task.Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysFulltime, part time,and on call positions available
