The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. The name Renata means ‘born again’ and this reincarnation is a thank you to the bold and creative women who lived vibrantly beyond the rules. As a Restaurant Server, you would be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. The duties include, but is not limited to, the following: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times This is a full-time position, and you must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
