Delaware North Travel is hiring a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Detroit Airport in Detroit, Michigan. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsManage labor and profit lossEnsure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shiftAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about youExperience working in a restaurant requiredMinimum of 1-2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree required

Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
