Restaurant Supervisor | $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Mon-Fri 3pm – 11pm

Are you a leader who is experienced in the restaurant industry? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so, this position is for you!! An established catering company in the Sioux Center, IA area is hiring a full-time Supervisor to join their growing team! As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the retail dining operation, work to ensure that each customer leaves with a smile on their face, and that you meeting and/or exceeding expectations. If you are enthusiastic about leading a great group of employees and serving the community, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Train, schedule and supervise all staff. Maintain an organized system of retail record keeping. Estimate and forecast food consumption, monitoring production volumes, and adjusting as needed. Maintain established food presentation and safety standards. Maintain good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community. Achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required, additional training or experience preferred. ServSafe Certification and previous retail sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Ability to operate computers and registers. Ability to effectively lead employees in a positive, professional manner.

Benefits & Pay:
