Job Title: Restoration Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and mitigating damage to properties, ensuring safety and cleanliness in affected areas. This role involves driving directly to jobsites using a personal vehicle.

ResponsibilitiesInspect properties to assess the extent of damage caused by natural disasters.Safely remove debris, fallen trees, and other hazardous materials from affected areas.Use specialized equipment to remove standing water from homes and businesses.Implement drying techniques to prevent mold growth and further damage.Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.Essential SkillsProficiency with restoration and mitigation equipment and techniques.Ability to assess and document damage accurately.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the job, including lifting and moving equipment.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) or similar.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Ability to use saws and cut down fallen trees and debris.Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to restoration and mitigation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment involves traveling directly to various jobsites using your personal vehicle. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
