Restoration Technician
Job Description:

Are you passionate about restoring properties and helping communities rebuild? Join our dedicated team as a Restoration Laborer or Lead. We're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of bringing properties back to life after damage from water, fire, or other disasters.

Responsibilities:

Laborers:

Assist in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties.Perform tasks such as debris removal, cleaning, and sanitizing affected areas.Operate and maintain various tools and equipment.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Leads:

Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.Coordinate with team members and other contractors to execute restoration plans.Perform damage assessments and provide accurate reports.Train and mentor laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.Maintain communication with clients, updating them on project progress.Requirements:

Laborers:

Previous experience in construction, restoration, or related fields is a plus.Ability to perform physical labor and work in various conditions.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Leads:

Proven experience in restoration or a similar field.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
