What you’ll do:Eaton’s ReSurge Returnship Program is hiring a Marketing Analyst in Menomonee Falls, WI or Moon Township, PA.
Please note the Eaton ReSurge cohort will begin their 12-month assignment in March of 2025.
The Marketing Analyst will perform competitive analysis of industrial control components within the Electrical industry, across both product and service providers, to better drive positioning and pricing in future business decisions. A particular focus will be made on opportunities for growth, branding and customer acquisition.
The Marketing Analyst assists the Division Channel Manager with data analysis to meet the goal of creating a more user-friendly and efficient process for managing our customer and product marketing data. The analyst will review Eaton’s Industrial Control marketing tools and organize the common repository for all our marketing collaterals - including pricing, presentations, product guides, competitor comparisons, and customer success stories. In addition, this role will be responsible for reviewing marketing campaign results (like revenue increase, reach, or engagement) to improve campaigns.
Qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, marketing, or related field and at least 3+ years of relative experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls, WI or Moon Township, PA will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

• Comfortable working in and learning excel
• 25% travel may be required

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
