Retail Administration Assistant - Winter Seasonal

Compensation Information:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Physical Requirement:

Light, work activities involve handling loads of 5kg but less than 10kg, predominately in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Accountabilities:

Provide excellence in guest service while achieving sales targets Ensure the store is always kept clean and tidy and stocked Ensure retail stock is kept secure and no stock leaves the store before payment is received Ensure all SPR policies are adhered to as outlined in the current Employee handbook EMS (Environmental Management System) & ISO 14001 Awareness Assist the Retail Manager with retail admin operations on all SPR Retail outlets

including managing products, pricing, inventory controls and maintaining system data

Creation and processing of Purchase Orders Timely processing of all invoices to ensure on-time payment to maximize any discounts available Monitoring inventory to achieve adequate levels of products during the relevant season Regular processing of all warranties and building relationships with vendors Customer Service

Ensure retail outlets are stocked with relevant stationary and documentation Liaising with both the Retail Supervisor and store supervisors to ensure outlets are always stocked and in show-ready condition Help to maximize daily outlet sales and strive to meet or exceed sales targets by ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained Carry out regular outlet physical inventories with the relevant store manager/supervisor. Track product inventory changes and transfers Complete weekly and monthly sales reports Extremely organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as necessary or requested Accurate and timely filing of documents

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent customer service skills Outgoing positive attitude Experience in retail operations or sales Experience with and a good understanding of POS systems Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Polished interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a team player
