Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Retail Manager to join our team at Big Meadows Wayside in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. As a Retail Manager, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of day-to-day retail operations and quick serve location.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year

The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? Hire, train, and develop retail team members Provide support and direction to retail  and restaurant supervisors on implementation and company policies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level

More about you Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail envirnoment  Minimum of 1+ year F&B operations preferably quick serve Ability to train and develop a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite No degree required

Physical requirements Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
