Adecco Staffing is seeking a friendly and energetic **Retail Associates** to join our clients team at the Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero, FL. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with questions. **RESPONSIBILITES** + Greet customers upon arrival in a professional manner + Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with coworkers to provide excellent customer service + Deliver outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations + Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs + Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment + Assist with putting out product + Keep store floor neat and organized **Requirements:** 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 6.
