Fridays and Saturdays, 10:30a-6p Responsible for helping the manager of the thrift store conduct the daily operation of the Boutique Thrift Store. Communicate and interacts with volunteers and customers, helping to sort donations, facilitate a safe and healthy working and shopping environment. Provide excellent customer service and generate a positive net income for the Agency. May independently run the store on given days as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Availability to work scheduled weekends and holidays + Experience in fashion retail is preferred + Ability to lift heavy objects (40+ lbs) + Strong positive interpersonal skills + Knowledge of retail/thrift store operations a plus THE RETREAT, INC.
