THE TEAM

The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Boutique Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to lead and motivate our teams who are responsible for selling clothes, delivering world-class client experiences, and building loyal client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of two boutiques - leading your designated primary boutique, while overseeing the success of teams in a secondary boutique. You will play a pivotal role in educating the teams and driving continuous improvement across Sales, Floor, Business, and People Management to exceed daily business goals while leading high performing and engaged rosters. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you will support our high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself. 

THE ROLE

As the Boutique Director, you will lead the teams to:

Sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationshipsCreate an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right timeSeamlessly own or escalate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experienceManage the day-to-day performance in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experienceWork with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
