Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a pivotal player in our retail and e-tail strategy implementation.
You will take on a dual role with regional channel marketing responsibility in Eastern Europe and local key account management in Poland. You will be at the forefront of driving our retail and e-tail initiatives in your assigned area.
This is a role with direct report Retail and E-tail marketing manager EU (based outside Poland).
Channel marketing responsibility:
Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing the EU retail strategic framework: portfolio introduction and reviews based on local market requirements, channel conflict mitigation, pricing consistency assessment, campaigns and budget follow-up.Your role will involve providing essential support to local key accounts, providing tailored retail solutions, monitoring market potential, and driving product and customer diversification.You will play a pivotal role in the development of the e-tail segment by identifying the target customer base, overseeing the translation of B2C content, and coordinating the delivery of data and marketing assets.You will cultivate an internal network, building strong relationships with all stakeholders and functions to facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing and regional retail key accounts.Key account manager responsibility:
You will play a crucial role in winning new business and ensuring the smooth on-boarding of new clients.Building strong relationships with clients and delivering high customer service will be at the heart of your role.You will be responsible for creating business proposals for new and existing opportunities, with a close monitoring on KPIs (margin, growth, service level…).You will keep the team informed about the competitive landscape and market trends, providing valuable insights for decision-making.You will be in charge of negotiating and putting into action commercial agreements, including legal contracting.QualificationsProfile:
Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering.Fluent in Polish and English, with a third European language as a plus.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong interest in data and figures, with e-commerce experience, especially in automotive products.Willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings within your assigned region.Problem-solving skills and critical thinking to propose mutually beneficial solutions.Experience abroad or in an international/intercultural context.Flexibility, autonomy, collaboration, results orientation, and future focus are essential for success.Additional InformationBosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
