Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to make sound decisions pertaining to your store operations and personnelMust be a motivational leader with the willingness to develop and work alongside their teamMust have previous management, preferably in “Big Box” retail environmentMust have a willingness to relocate for the right opportunitiesStarting salary range: $70,200 to $75,400 plus bonus annually.
