About The RoleThe Retail Consignor Specialist is a key position in our retail stores at The RealReal. As a Retail Consignor Specialist, you will help drive the business forward by supporting a seamless in-store consignor experience. Our ideal candidate is client-obsessed, adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about sustainable luxury fashion. *Full time positions must have the ability to commit to 40 hours per week and Part time positions must have ability to commit to 25 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Carefully review and process all items for shipment, ensuring they are cataloged and up to TRR quality standards

Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

1+ year of experience  working in retail or customer service

A positive, friendly demeanor with the ability to represent the TRR brand with integrity and professionalism at all times

Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the customer experience 

Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Adaptability and openness to change

Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance

Ability to quickly learn and master new technological tools 

Preferred Requirements:

The expected hourly rate for this role is 20.05-23.82. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
