Target Range:

$23/Hr. - $26/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Analyze and perform risk assessments on potential loan applicants determining borrowing history and other specific risk factors to determine credit worthiness.

Responsibilities

Prepares sound credit write-ups and ensures all due diligence and background evaluation is complete and thorough before credit requests and/or other approval documents are granted.Monitors application underwriting queue, approval queue, final review queue providing timely credit decisions, leverages technology, seeks out efficiencies to improve customer service and reduce cost structures.Pro-actively works to ensure the credit quality standards of the Bank are maintained.Documenting results; assisting with detecting credit fraud.Speaks to customers representing Axos Bank, obtaining and analyzing personal and financial information.Evaluate loan documents to insure accuracy and completeness.
 

Qualifications

HS Diploma2 year prior underwriting or credit and risk analysis experience Auto experience is a plus
