Retail Customer Portal Administrator
**Essential Functions:** + Attend Retail meetings and communicate timelines to Quality, Regulatory, and/or Operations with regards to any requirement needs. + Manage Retail Customer portals to ensure compliance with retailer requirements. + Direct Communication with Retailers to obtain required documentation. + Assist with Managing Pre-Product as well as Post-Product testing requirements. + Work with Regulatory Compliance to obtain substantiation statements. + Monitor product changes and communicate the changes to retailers through portal changes and emails. + Ensure our company is compliant with specifications for retail store branded and branded products. + Monitor retail customer portals for changes to supplier requirements, share those updated requirement with the Retail Management team and ensure that the information is updated appropriately in each portal. Immediately alert the Retail Management team if the new retailer requirements put any of our products in potential non-compliance. + Assist the Retail Managers with new retail customer portal set-up and submission. + Assist Retail Project Management to draft documents and specifications to meet retail customer requirements. + Assist with management of change when necessary. + Research information requests and communicate findings. + Assist the Quality department during Trials specific to Retail products + Any other task as assigned by Retail Management. **Requirements** + An Associates Degree or 2+ years in retail sales support or similar business role + Knowledge of the retail environment, ideally specific to the grocery, mass market, and drugstore channels. + Excellent communication skills and able to clearly articulate information needs, project status, and product details both internally and to retail customer contacts. Able to write clear and actionable business emails. + Ability to anticipate retail customer needs and prepare/plan appropriate actions.
