Role Details:
Pay Rate $27.48 increases to $29.37 after 3 monthsDistrict allowance up to $6,660 + 12% Superannuation 5 months fixed term contractThis is a rotating roster between 9:00am - 2:00pm or 12:00pm - 5:00pmExtensive, supportive (paid) training on commencement, 6 weeks full-time, Monday - Friday, between 8.45 am - 5.06 pmYou'll be:
Performing customer sales and service transactions with customersManaging high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport InterviewsPromoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costsBuilding rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needsAssisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceAbout you
You're friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love working in a team environment. You're ready to put the customer at the centre of everything you do to help make a difference in the community. You'll also need to:Have experience in customer service and/or cash handlingBe fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
