The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional mannerFollow up with customers to identify and support their needsPromote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basisOther duties as assigned    Qualifications Strong customer service focusTeam orientedHigh school diploma or equivalentExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to multitask and maintain organizationProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs    Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required    Why The Brick?
