Position is responsible for developing, compiling, and analyzing data, preparing reports, making presentations, dashboards, and interpreting data to effectively convey the Retail Banking story and to assist the management team with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities Create, run, modify, and produce accurate standard/ad-hoc queries and reports to support business needs for information and/or data Monitor and analyze Retail branch fraud lossesAnalyze and understand data to provide clarity to the team and assist with data-driven decisionsCreate dashboards, meaningful graphic visualizations, general and executive-level presentations, and effective reports to convey the story and to assist the retail management team with data-driven decisionsPrepare monthly reports for CIS, CTR Violations, Exceptions, New Account Charge off and cash outagesDevelop and analyze operational statistics relative to the Retail Branch activity. Prepare management reports to document trends and predict future resultsPerform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business, analytics or related field or commensurate work experience2+ years of experience or related college course work involving data extracts, data storytelling and presentation of data related topics Advanced skills in Microsoft Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsMust be able to always exercise confidentiality Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects Must be detail with strong critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain cooperative working relationshipsData Analytics or other related certification preferredExperience with dashboard software including Power BI, etc. preferredKnowledge of data and practices, preference is prior experience with Trustmark data and organizational structure preferredAbility to write SQL queries preferred Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
