Job Title: Retail Fuels Business Analyst Intern

Job Summary: Provide technical support doing research, analysis, and reporting for the Retail Fuels Department. Perform data validation in the field. Work closely with the Retail Liquid Fuels and EV Charging and New Business teams in helping develop analyses and business solutions that maintain, leverage and improve key profitability metrics and project implementation.
Principal Duties:Build and update existing excel analysis models, research input data, model scenarios, develop actionable output, summarize and present results and findings.Assist with analyzing current IT capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing solutions to meet the business needs of the department.Assist with documenting and maintaining all internal business processes. Support development of ongoing process improvements through technical enhancement.Compile, prepare and communicate reports for all levels across the organization.Execute on plans to clean up and improve file directories, spreadsheets, and other documentation.Assist with the research, design, and development of new data management technologies.Assist with research on all aspects of the fuel retail environment including providing timely and meaningful analysis.Develop documentation, research and analysis skills as part of a career development plan.Assist with miscellaneous department needs to include, but not limited to preparing for meetings and events, capturing meeting minutes and following up on customer, associate, and vendor communications and inquiries.Essential Functions:
