Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Lead will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success. The following are required for overall job performance.Demonstrate excellent Guest First Service and maintain a positive attitude towards Guests, Team Members and Management.Assist the Supervisor in daily operation of Retail location(s) at Hurricane Harbor. May be required to operate area with supervisor not present.Assist in monitoring that we are in full compliance with all Cash Handling policies and proceduresAssist Supervisor in handling damages, and transfers.Presentation must be kept neat, clean, departmentalized, and visually appealing to Guests. Maintain a well organized and clean work area for all assigned locations.Must be knowledgeable about products, speak positively about products, and make every effort to make a sale.Assist on till as necessaryAll other duties as assigned

Must be able to work outside and stand for 8 hoursMust be able to bend, stoop, and lift. May require the use of a ladderMust comply with all Park and Department Policies and ProceduresExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenRetail experience preferredAttention to detail is a mustBasic fundamentals of Point of Sale systems and Inventory tracking systemsAbility to work flexible schedulesMust be able to life 15-20 lbs.
