Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Retail Leads to join our team at the Yellowstone General Stores for the 2025 season in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of team members in your specific department.

Supervises retail associates; completes store/warehouse operational needs by assigning employees and following up on work results. Trains associate and works to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. Monitors store floor, and assists with guests’ needs and requests Assists guests and team members, escalating concerns or questions to supervisor or manager as needed Ability to deescalated guest and team member complaints or concerns and redirect to management Perform other duties assigned More about you Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience leading or supervising in a retail space is preferred No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds Shift details
