Retail Loan Servicing Operations Associate
Job Description

 

The Operations Associate works with loan transactions on a daily basis. This can consist of inputting and/or verifying new loans to the processing system and inputting monetary and/or non-monetary transactions for all types of loans

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•    Responsible for processing and verifying daily loan items based on Department Guidelines
•    Responsible for working daily/monthly loan reports
•    Responsible for reconciling input totals at end of day


 

Qualifications


•    High School diploma or equivalent required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access) is required
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills;
•    Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
•    Ability to work in a fact paced environment. 

 

Essential Functions: 

 

•    Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
•    Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
•    Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
•    Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
