**Role Overview** **Sodexo** is seeking a **Retail Manager 2** for **Marquette University** located in **Milwaukee, WI** . Our successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the **Annex Bar & Grill** .This position oversees all **restaurant operations** including menu development, sales, ordering, inventory, hiring, physical and food safety, and experiential dining with oversight, mentoring, and management of a supervisor, cooks, and a large student employee team.
